ALL CHANGE FOR ALCONBURY.

Following on from another highly successful campaign, Alconbury Colts are already preparing for the 2009/2010 season and are looking for players for new boys' teams at Under 12 and Under 13, as well as adding to existing boys' and girls' squads from Under 6 upwards. We seek to maintain the highest standards of Child Welfare at Alconbury and every one of our teams is managed and coached by adults with a minimum level one coaching qualification, who will also have completed Emergency First Aid and Child Protection courses.
Two brand new grass pitches are scheduled to be ready for the start of the 2009/2010 season, new changing rooms have been added to the existing facilities and winter training now takes place on the newly installed 3G multi-use games area.
Our aim at Alconbury is very simple; to create a fun, safe and prejudice-free environment in which young people of both sexes can come and enjoy playing football and find the freedom within that environment to express themselves and develop as young people. We believe we have been very successful in providing such a service over the years and anyone wishing to get involved, either as a player or helper, are welcome to contact any Committee member whose details can be found on this site.
Good luck to all of our teams for the 2009/2010 season.
Paul Tait, Chair, Alconbury Colts Football Club. |
